Every three years OIT sets out to determine how we can best serve the campus community. Through input from all of our stakeholders--students, faculty, staff, administration and researchers--we establish our strategic goals for the coming years and publish them in our strategic plan.
In OIT’s 2015-18 strategic plan, we have laid out four strategic goals:
- achieve significant improvement in effectively enabling campus priorities
- create an efficient IT organization to enable your success
- develop a fully engaged organization equipped to guide your IT experience
- provide the best possible return on investment by increasing the value of our services
