Support

OIT provides support via the IT Service Center and the DocuSign FAQ page; however, the vendor provides the majority of DocuSign support.

When logged into DocuSign, click on the Question Mark or Help and Support links to access online support and training materials.

System Status

  • DocuSign offers Carrier Grade “always on” availability to ensure customers can complete critical transactions anytime.
  • Real time service availability and operating status is available within the DocuSign trust center under System Status.
  • The NA1/NA2 system status page will provide information regarding operational status including service disruption.
