On October 31, Microsoft is discontinuing support for the Outlook 2007 client and Outlook 2010/2013 clients that are not keeping up-to-date with the latest service packs. Ensure that you continue to receive emails by either updating your Outlook client or start using the web based email and calendaring service Exchange Online. If you are a client of Dedicated Desktop Support, no action is needed from you as you are already up-to-date.
How to know if you are impacted
You need to figure out what version of Microsoft Outlook you are using. If you have a Mac, you are likely not impacted by this change.
Follow Microsoft’s instructions on determining what version of Outlook you have. We recommend running Office 2016. If you are on Outlook 2007, you will need to update. If you are on Outlook 2010/2013, you may need to update. Please contact the IT Service Center or your IT Practitioner to confirm.

Start using Outlook on the web
You don’t have to download the latest version! Start using the web based email and calendaring service Exchange Online. Simply log into the Office 365 Outlook Web App with your IdentiKey and Password to access your account.
