Starting April 30, apps and add-ons in the Google Workspace Marketplace will need to be added to an “allow list” for CU Boulder before they can be installed. This change will help increase the level of security for CU Boulder’s Google environment by making sure that all apps and add-ons are approved before installation. Previously installed apps and add-ons will still continue to function after the change.
If you find that there is an add-on or app you need which is not allowed to be installed after the change, please contact the IT Service Center at oithelp@colorado.edu or call 303-735-4357 to request that it be added to the allow list.
